Useful answers before you buy
What does the iAquaLink app do?
Check battery and charging status, receive end-of-cycle pickup notifications and access guidance. A compatible phone and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network are needed for connection. Wi-Fi does not travel underwater, so most app functions work while the cleaner is out of the pool and charging. It is not live underwater remote steering.
Does it need a connection to my pool pump?
No suction hose is required. Its battery powers the cleaner and its own filter collects debris. Continue your normal pool filtration and water-care routine.
How do I care for it?
Remove it after cleaning, rinse the filter and follow the owner's manual for storage and charging. Use only the supplied charger in a suitable sheltered location. Do not swim while the cleaner is in the pool.
What warranty applies in New Zealand?
Zodiac's NZ warranty lists two years for this model. The motor block is covered for two years or 800 running hours, whichever comes first. Wearable items, including the filter canister, tracks, tyres and roller brush, have one-year cover. Conditions and exclusions apply; see Zodiac's New Zealand warranty terms.
