Cancellation policy

Perfect Pools NZ offers subscription purchase options for select products, including pool maintenance supplies, chemicals, and equipment. By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges at your chosen billing frequency until you cancel.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your customer account at perfectpools.co.nz and selecting "Subscriptions," then clicking "Cancel subscription" on the subscription you wish to end
  • Emailing us at info@perfectpools.co.nz
  • Calling us at 0222862881

Cancellation Takes Effect Immediately

When you cancel a subscription, billing and delivery stop immediately. Cancellations cannot be undone. If you wish to temporarily stop receiving orders, you may pause your subscription instead.

Pause or Skip Options

You may pause your subscription or skip individual deliveries through your customer account. Paused subscriptions can be resumed at any time.

No Refunds for Current Billing Period

Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to any delivered products, but no further charges or shipments will occur.

Modification of Subscription Terms

You may modify your subscription frequency, delivery address, or payment method at any time through your customer account before the next billing date.

Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend subscriptions if payment fails, if products become unavailable, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
