At Perfect Pools, we are committed to providing reliable and timely delivery of your pool products. Below are the details regarding our shipping process, delivery times, and associated costs.

1. Shipping Locations

We offer nationwide delivery within New Zealand. We can ship to most locations, including Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, and other regions.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days after receipt.
  • Custom or special orders may take longer, and we will notify you if there are any delays.

3. Delivery Time

  • Most deliveries are made within 1-4 business days, depending on your location.
  • Rural areas may experience delays due to the nature of delivery routes. Delivery to rural areas may take longer than standard estimates.
  • For larger or oversized items, such as spa pool covers, we use Mainfreight for shipping, and these items may take a bit longer to be delivered.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Free shipping may apply to certain orders, depending on promotions or minimum order thresholds.

5. Packaging

All products, including pool chemicals and equipment, are securely packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Larger items like spa pool covers are packed carefully to prevent damage during transit.

6. Delivery Method

We work with trusted couriers, such as Mainfreight for larger items and CourierPost or NZ Post for standard deliveries. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, allowing you to track your delivery.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we only provide shipping within New Zealand. If you're interested in international shipping, please contact us for more details.

8. Pickup Option

If you’re located in Auckland, you can opt to pick up your order directly from our Perfect Pools Service Warehouse at 15C Douglas Alexander Parade, Albany. Please contact us in advance to confirm your order is ready for pickup.

9. Shipping Delays

While we aim for fast delivery, please be aware that rural areas may experience delays due to the nature of delivery routes. Additionally, high demand and weather conditions can occasionally cause delays. If there is a significant delay in your delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible.

10. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order is damaged upon arrival or contains missing items:

  1. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting us at perfectpoolsnz@gmail.com or calling 022 286 2881.
  2. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for any damaged or missing items.
