Perfect Pool's offers fast and reliable shipping to its valued customers New Zealand wide. Our priority is to make sure your packages are delivered hassle-free.

Once your order has been prepared our courier/ freight trucks will collect your products from our warehouse for dispatch.

Shipping Prices

Regional shipping prices on products appear within the details of the checkout page on our website.

Shipping Time Frames

Freight Under 25 KG

North Island  - Courier Parcels - (1 - 3 Business Days)

South Island - Courier Parcels - (2 - 5 Business Days)

Freight Over 25 KG

North Island - Large Freight - (3 - 6 Business Days)

South Island - Large Freight - (4 - 8 Business Days)

(Rural Deliveries may take up to an extra two business days)

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Changed your mind after making a purchase? No worries!

- Please contact us via perfectpoolsnz@gmail.com to arrange return shipping back to our warehouse.

- Products purchased from Perfect Pool's include a 30-day money back guarantee! We want our customers to be happy with their purchases.

- The returning item/s must be in an unused, unopened condition and are 100% suitable for resale.

- Perfect Pool's is not liable for any item/s lost or damaged during the return transit. Store credit or a full refund will be issued once the item/s have been accepted into our warehouse. Return shipping fee's are at the buyers expense and will not be included in a refund or store credit.

Received a faulty/ damaged item?

- Please contact us via perfectpoolsnz@gmail.com to provide details of the faulty item/s or part/s.

- A full refund will be issued including paid shipping with proof of purchase upon approval.

- We will NOT accept any returned item/s without approval from our customer service team.

- The faulty product/s are required to be returned back to our warehouse within 7 days after approval.

- Please note that if you have damaged or disposed of the original packaging or have not included the accessories that originally came with the product, only a partial refund will be given.

Warranties and Guarantees

- Please contact us via perfectpoolsnz@gmail.com to lodge a warranty claim.

- Perfect Pool's offers a return to base warranty on eligible products, all items returned for repair are solely at the buyers expense.

- Parts requested to be sent to the consumer, if any, will be delivered free of charge.

Warranty does not cover:

- Consumable parts, e.g rubber parts.

- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

- Misuse or incorrect assembly, abuse.

- Bonus gifts or deals, that may come along with a particular product.

- Any accessories, that may come along with a certain product.
