Free testing at our Albany store
Not sure which product your water needs? Bring a sample to Perfect Pools for a free in-store water test and a conversation with our team.
You will find us at 15C Douglas Alexander Parade, Albany, Auckland. We are open Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm, and Saturday, 10am–2pm.
What to bring
- A fresh water sample in a clean container with a secure lid.
- Whether the sample is from a pool or spa, and its approximate water volume if you know it.
- The names of the treatment products you use and anything you have added recently.
- A description or photos of anything you have noticed, such as cloudy water or a change in colour.

What happens next
- Tell us about your pool or spa. Your treatment system and recent water-care routine help put the results in context.
- We explain the test results. Our team will talk you through what the readings mean for your water care.
- Get help choosing products. We can help you identify suitable products and explain the relevant label instructions.

Is this the same as an on-site pool service?
