Step 1: Measure Overall Dimensions
- Measure the length and width of your spa shell (not the cabinet)
- This cover fits 1700mm x 1700mm shells (plus or minus 20mm tolerance)
Step 2: Measure Corner Radius
- Remove your current cover if possible
- Look at the top edge of your spa shell where the corners are rounded
- Place a ruler at the corner point and measure from the corner to where the curve straightens out
- This measurement is your radius - this cover has a 250mm (R250) radius, a tighter curve
Step 3: Check Your Current Cover
- Look for a label or stamp on your old cover - it may list the radius (e.g. "R250")
- If your old cover fits well, measure its corner radius and match it
