• 1kg Alkalinity Increaser (Sodium Bicarbonate). Stabilises Total Alkalinity so pH does not swing after each use.
• 1kg pH Decreaser (Sodium Bisulphate). Lowers pH if water becomes too alkaline or irritating.
• 1kg Calcium Increaser (Calcium Chloride). Prevents soft water from corroding your spa shell and fittings.

Test Strip Ranges

Strips feature a moulded desiccant liner to protect against moisture and UV, keeping them accurate for the life of the pack.

Correct Order for First Fill

Follow this sequence for a perfect first fill every time:

1. Fill spa with fresh water and run jets for 10 minutes
2. Add Calcium Increaser - raise calcium hardness to 150-250 ppm first
3. Add Alkalinity Increaser - raise Total Alkalinity to 80-150 ppm
4. Adjust pH - use pH Increaser or Decreaser to reach 7.2-7.8
5. Add Chlorine - initial dose of 80g per 1,000L
6. Test with strips - confirm all levels before first use
7. Wait 30-60 minutes with jets running before entering
