How to Replace the Tracks

  1. Remove your Zodiac cleaner from the pool and disconnect from the hose
  2. Lay the cleaner on a flat surface
  3. Locate the track on each side of the cleaner body
  4. Peel or slide the worn track off the drive wheel assembly
  5. Align the new track and press firmly onto the drive wheel until seated correctly
  6. Repeat for the second track on the other side
  7. Return cleaner to pool and test - it should navigate smoothly and evenly

Tip: Replace both tracks at the same time even if only one appears worn. Mismatched track wear causes the cleaner to pull to one side.
