Collecting an order
- Arrange collection. Choose pickup when it is offered at checkout, or contact our team to arrange it.
- Wait for confirmation. We will confirm when your order is ready. An order confirmation on its own does not mean the items are ready to collect.
- Bring your order number. Have your confirmation email handy so we can locate your order.
For a spa cover or another large item, check the packed dimensions and collection arrangements with us before organising transport.
Make the most of your visit
- Bring a water sample for a free in-store test.
- Bring a product name, model number or photos if you need help matching equipment or a replacement part.
- Contact us first if you need a specific item, so we can check availability.
