Delivery options & costs
We deliver across New Zealand. Your shipping charge is calculated at checkout using your order and delivery address, so you can see the cost before you pay.
Free shipping is available on eligible orders over $150. Rural addresses and oversized items are excluded. Check the delivery option shown at checkout for your order.
When to expect your order
- Processing: orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
- Courier delivery: most standard deliveries take approximately 1–4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Rural, oversized and custom orders: allow extra time. Made-to-order items and special orders may have a separate lead time shown on the product page or confirmed by our team.
These are estimates, rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Busy periods, weather and courier delays can affect delivery.
Spa covers & larger items
Large or oversized orders may travel with a freight carrier such as Mainfreight. Freight arrangements and timing can differ from standard courier parcels. If you need to confirm address access, depot pickup availability or a delivery estimate, talk to our team before ordering.
Tracking & delivery help
We email tracking information when your order is dispatched. If you need help, have your order number and delivery postcode ready so we can find the right details.
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
Check the tracking link in your dispatch email first. If it has stopped updating or shows delivery when you have not received the parcel, contact us with your order number and we will help investigate.
What if an item arrives damaged or something is missing?
Contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. For damage, email photos of the item and packaging, and keep the packaging while we work through the next steps.
Can I collect my order instead?
Yes, collection is available from our Albany store. Contact us to confirm availability and wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling. See pickup details and opening hours.
Do you ship outside New Zealand?
We currently deliver within New Zealand only.
