Important: MagnaSpa does not sanitise your spa water. You must continue to use a compatible spa sanitiser (chlorine, bromine, or mineral-based) alongside MagnaSpa minerals. Always test and balance water chemistry regularly.

Q: Does MagnaSpa sanitise my spa water?
A: No - MagnaSpa is a mineral comfort blend, not a sanitiser. You must continue to use a compatible spa sanitiser alongside it. Unlike MagnaPool, MagnaSpa does not use a Hydroxinator to generate sanitiser.
Q: Why does the water sometimes turn yellow when I add the minerals?
A: This is a normal reaction between the minerals and some chlorine-based sanitisers. The water remains safe and healthy to use and the colour will clear.
Q: Are there any special water testing requirements?
A: No special testing is required. MagnaSpa does result in higher hardness levels in the water, but this is not typically tested in spas and does not affect water safety or comfort.
